FINANCIALS
Why is this so expensive?
You’re being produced by the same person who has been hiring and producing singers for the biggest projects in the industry for the last 30 years—and I come to you. Your fee covers my time and judgment in helping you plan your best reel, the studio day in your city, and the post-production team I hire to edit, tune, and mix your reel—executed to the highest professional standard, saving you months of trial and error. Capacity is limited (five singers per city, per day). And once your reel is complete, when opportunities arise for me to put singers forward for jobs, I will—just as I have for hundreds of other singers throughout my career.
Why the $2,000 credit?
I reward action. If you’re serious after the evaluation, I’ll invest in you, too. Book your session from the evaluation and $2,000 is taken off the project.
Are there hidden fees?
Nope. You’ll get a clear scope and price before payment. If anything atypical is needed (special studio, extra players, unusual logistics), we’ll agree in writing first.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. If you need to pay in installments, ask on the consult and we’ll see what’s workable.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Deposits hold limited slots and are non‑refundable. See reschedule policy above.
DETAILS
What exactly do I get if I book the session?
A professional audio reel – Mp3 and WAV file (typically 2:00 with 5–6 cuts across targeted styles), proper sequencing and level matching, tasteful editing/tuning/mix. We’ll confirm deliverables in writing at booking.
How soon after the session do I get my final reel?
Typical turnaround:2-4 weeks. If you need it faster, tell me—rush may be possible.
How many revisions are included?
Minor editorial tweaks (order/trim/level touch‑ups) are included. New recording or major re‑edits are outside scope
Will you tune my vocals?
Tastefully, if needed. The goal is a pro, believable reel that represents how you actually sound.
CITIES, CAPACITY, AND BOOKING
How does booking work?
Pick your city and date (I cap at 5 singers per city/day), pay the deposit, and you’re locked. You’ll receive a confirmation + calendar invite and session prep.
I don’t see my city listed. What then?
Join the waitlist with your city. When demand hits a threshold, I open a day and contact everyone in order
What if my city is full?
Get on the waitlist. When 5 slots fill, I may add another day—waitlist gets first dibs.
Do you travel to me or do I travel to you?
I travel to your city on scheduled dates. You just show up prepared.
POLICIES
Do you guarantee work/placements?
No. No one can. Your reel will be to the highest standards in the industry, positioning you as a total pro. Results wholly depend on your market fit and the work you once you have it.
What’s the reschedule/cancellation policy?
Cancellation requires 7 day notice, otherwise, full payment is due.
Do you work with minors?
Yes, with a parent/guardian present and a signed consent.
Will you share my audio publicly?
Only if you explicitly permit short, anonymized snippets for educational before/afters.
How long do you keep my files?
Evaluation and project files are retained for up to 12 months for support/updates.
